WELCOME!
I'm Kylee, and I am delighted to share my journey with you as my path has been an intricate tapestry woven from diverse experiences.
Born in Aotearoa New Zealand, my heritage is a rich blend of Irish and Māori, profoundly influencing my life and career. Raised in Australia during my formative years, I returned to New Zealand for middle to senior school. I have participated in representative sport since I was 15 (retired now!). My early 20s took me to the vibrant streets of London, where my partner at the time played professional rugby for Saracens in the English Premiership. This was my first taste of a professional and large-scale sports team and event, and it had me hooked! I found my way back to New Zealand with my daughter and completed a Bachelor of Business Degree in Sport Management and Marketing at Massy University in Auckland.
With a career spanning over 20 years, I have worn many hats, each contributing to my vast expertise in three key areas that ignite my passion: Sports & Major Event Marketing, Brand Sponsorship Management, and Tourism. While these fields are brimming with excitement and innovation, they also demand a delicate balance of creativity and strategy and heavily rely on forging strong relationships.
I have worked with large corporations, major global sports events, national and regional government-funded organisations, and small businesses. My professional journey has been dedicated to driving strategic initiatives, building impactful partnerships, and solving complex challenges across many industries. My track record includes elevating brand visibility and engagement through to award-winning campaigns, digital transformation, high-profile sponsorships and major events.
As an integrity-driven professional, I am committed to bringing visionary leadership, strategic insight, and innovative thinking to any progressive and growing business — large or small. I thrive on challenges and believe no task is insurmountable, often delivering projects deemed impossible due to tight deadlines or limited resources.
The past five years of reconnecting with my Māori heritage and working in the Māori business and tourism sector in New Zealand have profoundly shaped my worldview. This experience has enriched my ability to build bridges between cultures and approach my work through an Indigenous lens, considering the broader impact on people, places, and future generations.
Since 2017, I have navigated the professional landscapes of both New Zealand and Australia, and now I proudly call Perth home alongside my partner and our 6-year old fur baby.
Consulting is a natural fit for me. My passion lies in empowering as many people as I can, and transforming and growing brands and businesses to achieve their goals - simply turning aspirations into reality.
Feel free to reach out — I am always excited to connect, make an impact, and achieve remarkable results together.

To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived - This is to have succeeded. What is Success by Ralph Waldo Emerson - Full Poem To laugh often and much; To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; To earn the approbation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; To appreciate beauty; To find the best in others; To give of one's self; To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; To have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived - This is to have succeeded.
I’m so passionate about helping people and organisations achieve their goals. Beyond my professional work, my passion projects reflect my heart, and my dedication to creating meaningful impact and fostering positive change within communities and for future generations.
